For safety and integrity reasons, sealed laboratory materials cannot be returned once dispatched unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report damaged or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. Confirmed cases are replaced or refunded in full.
Documentation discrepancies
If a certificate of analysis you received from us does not match the product supplied, contact research support. Confirmed discrepancies are always resolved at our cost.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.
